Our story
Fewer trips, planned more carefully.
We opened Earth Luxe Travel in 2026 after nearly a decade arranging corporate and family trips for friends and word-of-mouth clients. Two things kept coming up: travelers wanted to know exactly what they were paying for, and they wanted someone who would actually pick up the phone when a flight dropped at 11 p.m.
So we built a small agency around three ideas: transparent planning fees published before we start work, supplier contracts we can show you, and every itinerary reviewed by a second planner before it reaches your inbox.
We don't try to sell you every trip. About one in five prospective clients receives a polite referral to a specialist agency better suited to their plans. It keeps the work honest.
