1. Who we are
Earth Luxe Travel LLC ("Earth Luxe Travel", "we", "us", "our") is a limited-liability travel agency registered in the State of Utah, United States. We sell trip-planning services and resell travel products (flights, hotel stays, tours, cruises, rail tickets, insurance) from verified third-party suppliers.
2. Personal information we collect
We collect only what is necessary to plan, book and support your trip.
From you directly
- Identity — full name, date of birth, nationality, passport or other traveler ID for reservations.
- Contact — email, phone, mailing address, emergency contact details.
- Travel preferences — destinations, pace, dietary, accessibility or health notes you share.
- Payment details — processed by Stripe, Inc. and Plaid Inc.; we do not store full card or bank-account numbers.
- Trip brief contents — whatever you send us when starting a booking.
Automatically
- Web analytics — visits, pages viewed, device type. Collected through minimal first-party cookies; see the Cookie Policy.
- Server logs — IP address, request time, page requested; retained for 30 days for abuse detection.
3. How we use your information
- To prepare itineraries and communicate with you about a booking.
- To make reservations with travel suppliers on your behalf.
- To process payments and issue invoices / receipts.
- To provide 24/7 on-trip assistance when you are traveling.
- To comply with travel regulations (airline IDs, carrier security rules, border forms).
- To send you non-marketing service messages (trip updates, schedule changes, post-trip feedback).
We do not use your data for automated decision-making or profiling. We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with advertising networks.
4. Who we share it with
- Travel suppliers — hotels, airlines, cruise lines, DMCs, insurance carriers — only the information they need to deliver the product.
- Payment processors — Stripe, Inc. (United States) and Plaid Inc. (United States).
- Email infrastructure — Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 for mail delivery.
- Professional advisers — accountants, attorneys, auditors, under duties of confidentiality.
- Competent authorities — where required by law, subpoena or court order.
5. International transfers
Your trip often involves suppliers in other countries; we transfer minimum-necessary traveler information to those suppliers via secure channels. Where an applicable privacy law requires a specific safeguard, we rely on the relevant supplier's data-protection addenda or standard contractual clauses.
6. How long we keep it
- Booking records: 7 years (U.S. tax & consumer-complaint period).
- Payment records: 7 years per Stripe / Plaid requirements.
- Server logs: 30 days.
- Marketing contact data: until you unsubscribe or 24 months of inactivity, whichever comes first.
7. Your rights
Depending on your residence you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correct it, request deletion, restrict or object to processing, data portability and withdraw consent. California residents also have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, correct and limit use of sensitive personal information.
To exercise any right, email admin@earthluxetravel.com from the address on file for the booking. We respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use encrypted transport (TLS 1.2+) across this site, Google Workspace-enforced two-factor authentication on internal accounts, least-privilege access to booking files, and a written data-incident response plan. No system is 100 % secure, and we do not promise otherwise.
9. Children
We do not knowingly market to children. For family bookings, the booking adult provides traveler details for minors in the party; any information collected about minors is handled on the same terms as adult traveler data.
10. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The date at the top of the page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes are announced on the site and, where relevant, by email to travelers with an active booking.
